Did Florida consider this?[/quote] If you are a tourist, you have to fill out something called ESTA when you come to the US for a short term visit (unless you are from a country that requires a Visa even for short stays). Then you go through immigration at the airport when you come in. It is all already a hassle. Many countries have similar processes. In fact Americans are soon going to have to get advanced approval as well in 2025 to go to Europe.[/quote]
