Neither is coming in the country legally .

Asylum cases are actually rare, most are coming here because their local economy is trash.  I don’t care if your country sucks . No where else sucks?  Detroit sucks. I’ve lived there.  No free college and free hotels for people who have to deal with that disaster of a city.

If you present a credible case at the border than you can come in, if you’re claiming amnesty because the country you came from is a crapshoot and you’re poor?  Too bad wait in line like very one else goodbye [/quote]
