He didn't debunk it at all.  The brownstone was bought by Les Wexner in 1989, but Wexner didn't live there, he lived at his mansion in New Albany.  In 1993, Epstein was Wexner's financial and business manager and had a full power of attorney over Wexner's assets, and was KNOWN to have lived at that brownstone.  A few years later in 1996, Wexner officially transferred the brownstone to Epstein for $0.

I’m looking at my Dec 1995 issue of AD (Architectural Digest) and it’s very clear that Les Wexner was still living there.  The renovations done by Albert Pinto for Epstein’s move into the property weren’t complete until after Wexner transferred the property to Epstein.

Epstein was controlling Wexler's assets long before he got the deed to the UES mansion. So yes, very good chance Epstein was using Wexler's home when he wasn't there. This isn't rocket science.
