When I was on Wegovy, I had more energy so I exercised, and I was normal people hungry, so I hate normally. I didn't crave sugar or dairy like I do now, so I probably made better food choices. That's probably the reason I had more energy, actually. I was only on it for a month and I lost 15 lbs. I had some GI side effects when I increased the dosage, so I stopped taking it. I gained back 10 of the 15 lbs in a couple months. I've kept the last 5 off and it's been a year and a half. [/quote] No one I know lost that much weight that quickly. [/quote]
