OP some people can work out a lot and even lift weights a lot and never look bulky. If I lift a lot of weights my arms get extremely toned but the muscles never get big. Same with my legs and butt. When I'm out of shape I definitely get a belly since having kids and hitting 40 but the rest of my body is just kind of naturally long and thin and if I exercise and eat well then I look long and lean because that's just my body type.[/quote] MeAgain was thin before kids but got super fat after.
