I'm 50 yo, 5'7" and 125 lbs. I am usually not hungry but I know the food to eat that fills me up for lower calories and I lift heavy weights. I eat "healthy" most of the time and still have calories left to have treats.
44, 5’1” and stay around 110-113 lbs and this is also my approach. I have always exercised and been weight conscious but lifting weights and tracking calories/protein has given me the body I wanted in my 20’s. I might be hungry in a cutting phase at times but I never cut longer than 6-8 weeks, ever. Also a lot of this is genetics, let’s be real. And I fully expect to see changes when I get closer to menopause which is usually late in my family. I don’t get all these people saying appearance doesn’t matter in your forties? I still get attention for my appearance and I still like it. Sue me. I’m not a model and it’s just one small part of life. But it’s not a crime to enjoy that part of your life for however long it lasts!
