OP here. As I stated in my OP, I notified the principal and teacher. If there wasn't such a huge pattern of tolerated poor behavior at her school, I probably would've left the principal off the email. [/quote]

That’s too bad.   Definitely follow up.   Ask if they’ve been able to solve the problem.  I would stay away from [b]over the top hyperbole like calling it assault or in any way sexual[/b]. I would be polite but relentless about a resolution.    Good luck. [/quote]

A boy poking girls in the breast is sexual.  He's not poking girls in the arm, and he's not poking boys at all.  This is sexual assault, as much as you don't want there to be any attention brought to it.[/quote]
