I just don't believe he'll stand up to other Republicans on bad policy. He'll toe the line.
I'm a Dem who I voted for Hogan in his second term. I won't even consider voting for him this time around. Control of the Senate is too important to a Harris Presidency's agenda.
So you don’t care at all what happens to Maryland. Got it. Alsobrooks will clueless and useless in the Senate. She won’t represent us at all. Hogan has a proven record and will be the better representative, who knows and cares about Maryland.
I don’t think she is clueless but I think Hogan will work to represent the best interests of Maryland.
Delusional. He will work for his own best interest, which means crawling into trump’s underpants.
The way it works is like this: Trump nominates Judge Cannon for the Supreme Court. Senator Hogan hems and haws and expresses concerns and misgivings. If his vote is needed, Hogan comes under immense pressure and eventually caves. If his vote is not needed, Hogan is given permission to vote no to show how “independent” he is. This process is called “The Susan Collins”.
Oy Vey, you have called it exactly!
