Wrong dimwit.  The whole runoff was surrounded by Dems promising that if they gave the Dems control of the senate, Biden would sign stimi checks.  It was a cash bribery to voters to try to sway the election.  Lo and behold Biden signs the stimi checks and dropped another trillion+ dollars of unneeded stimi into the economy in 2021.
