I would never eat in public and the bread they sell in stores is pure sugar. The only bread I would even consider is a loaf made from own stone ground wheat (try it! it's not that hard, two rocks and hammer for several hours) with wild yeast captured my local wheat field (use a cabbage leaf if you can't see the little yeast in the air.)[/quote]
