I assume when people are going below the speed limit they’re going as fast as they can. When I pass and glance over, I see people, sometimes very elderly, tense and staring at the road. These people do not look like they want to be driving. I bet they would take public transportation if it were an option. But they need in the country we have, which is one where half the people get upset  that the other half, who don’t have the same abilities also have to live.[/quote]

Well that's a relief. I always assume anyone below the speed limit is distracted on their phone.
