A coach is fully vetted and empowered to build his team.

A ceo is fully vetted and empowered to clean house and hire his senior team.

The question is who is actually making decisions. That is what was meant by calling the shots. If the decisions are being made by someone other than the president, that is a big problem. [/quote]
