I guess it depends if more than 2 teams worth of girls show up at the Stars tryouts.  Not sure how big they’ll let their roster get for Navy.  Pride likely wants 2 teams for 2032 but right now only has one.  So you’re right, they probably won’t cut anyone if they have the numbers for a B team.  [/quote]

At that age it is not unusual for girls to play up a year. My daughter had a unique experience, which I believe really helped her, playing up three years. So, when she was a 4th grader she played up with the 7th grade team. But she had the size and athleticism to fit in. By the time she got to 8th grade she started playing with what would be her recruiting class, for recruiting purposes. If the opportunity presents itself and the players are physically mature I would recommend playing up for as long as one can.[/quote]
