Man y’all have some lists. I eat 3 meals daily and don’t really snack, so at most I’ll have 3 fruits and/or veggies. Today I just had broccoli with dinner.
My meals include a lot of vegetables, though -- so, for instance, the egg salad I had on a sandwich for lunch yesterday had more than half minced celery, green onions, and minced cabbage. That isn't a full serving of cabbage for that meal on its own, but it's there. Banana Peanut Apricot Kiwi Cabbage Celery Green onion Carrot Cucumber Tomato Garlic Cauliflower Onion Chickpeas Black beans Navy beans That's from sliced banana on toast with peanut butter, side of dried kiwi and apricot slices. Crackers with egg salad, side of pickles and carrot sticks. Minestrone with a bean medley. It's just three meals, but the meals include a variety of vegetables and fruit?
How do you eat so much and such a variety all in one day?
DP. Yesterday dinner was 3 bean salad with tortilla chips, with a side of veggies and dip. The bean salad was black, kidney, and black eyed peas with cilantro, scallions, peppers, corn, tomatoes, and cucumber; the veggies for the dip were broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, snow peas, and celery. We had time to sit around the table and play cards because school is finally out, so it was a fun meal.
