With the exception of the dated paint colors from the early 2000 (and some other minor dated details, like the crown molding) I think the home is actually gorgeous -- I do love an A-frame house.

I used to have the Little People A-frame ski cabin when I was a kid and this reminds me of that, lol.

Why do builders always make the structure and design of the back of the house look so much more beautiful, interesting, better, etc, and the front is usually so traditional and boring?

I've noticed that a lot of sneaky realtors use a photo of the rear of the house as their first photo in their MLS ad, add if they're imply that it's the front.

It's not ENTIRELY to my taste, but does seem like a nice enough house. But what's the point in having that fabulous dock structure and a beach and all that waterfront property when the view is going to be married by white trash shitting on each other on the sandbar 200 yards away and you can't go in the water because of out-of-control algaeal blooms? I'd pay to NOT be near any of that![/quote]
