I care because it's gaslighting those that are trying to actually lose weight through exercise. Stop telling people you lost 85 pounds in 4 months because you take a 20 minute walk every morning. It's deceptive.[/quote]

How does this impact your life? It doesn't. Stop worrying about what other people do and worry about yourself.

BTW I tell everyone that I lost weight on Ozempic with no shame. But just look at the daily threads here and the hatred displayed towards us. Then maybe you'll be able to understand why people choose to keep this information to themselves. [/quote]
