[/quote] Totally agree that True like all of the clubs are significantly better at acquiring talent vs. developing it. And of course it has to be that way as most clubs practice 2 times a week for about 4 months a year). Compare that to a highschool team that is practicing 4-5 a week for 5 months a year and has offseason workouts the rest of the year. The selling point for True is that you have good coaching, great fields for most NOVA players and great communication and organization. Of my 3 one did a couple of seasons with true and I thought it was the best deal if you could get past the fact that the teams were not elite [/quote]
