You (should) eat a healthy, nutrient and protein dense diet that put you at a calorie deficit because eating is necessary to live, not because you are all that hungry or craving it. And fried, processed and sweet foods in particular just seem gross. It feels like a reset from living to eat to eating to live. No real cravings, so it’s easier to make healthy choices. [/quote]
