** I meant he loses his evening TV show.
op. he only watches TV when I am at work, which is 2 days a week. on Saturday, he watches a movie with his older brother and Sunday something. during the week, he isn't allowed to watch TV. He's not allowed in the tv room. we are getting it shampooed on Monday. he did quality for early intervention but not speech. he has a special education therapist and behavior, but we haven't started services yet, and they could care less about the accidents. they say until he's in kinder it's "fine"
But they’re not accidents. He’s not peeing where he’s standing, he’s intentionally going somewhere that isn’t the toilet and peeing. That’s how you frame it because that’s the truth. Correct them if they call them accidents.
I am going to mention it but they have already said they can't help until he's in kindergarten and they only care about what he does at school. Sometimes he does have real accidents but lately we have caught him doing it on purpose. There is nothing wrong with any of our bathrooms BTW. They aren't dark or anything. We have 2.5 bathrooms. When this happened on Friday he didn't have school and wanted to play outside in the sandbox. I said no because it was raining. He ran upstairs crying and I ran after him. If I would have taken a second long to place something on the island I wouldn't have caught him peeing onto the side of the sofa chair. He was pulling up his pants when I ran up after him. It was a matter of seconds. One thing I will add is sometimes we allow him to pee on trees. The other day he has to go really bad and we were on the way to the dentist. There wasn't a bathroom around and i stopped and let him pee in the woods.
