They do not need to hire coaches to bring over players who were unlikely to make that team in the first place, and those who were good enough to make it would make it without their former coach. I know models vary quite a bit, but kids should have different coaches over time. You stop learning when you've heard the same thing over and over again, and the coaches stop teaching when they see the same thing over and over again. Different coaches often see very different things and will approach both team and player development.[/quote]
