Face it.  He has had a crisis for 3 years that he and his cronies have denied.  
He created the crisis beginning with Day 1 of his presidency.  And, could end it with a stroke of a pen.

Yeah.  And, that was in response to the actions of the Maduro regime. And, that was nearly 4 years ago.

Meanwhile, Biden has admitted nearly a million Venezuelans under TPS.  These people are largely unvetted.  The US has no way to vet these people.
