College is best value now as long as NCAA is still a thing. If and when the system breaks for the most talented girls it will cease being an option unless you are coming from money and the delayed professional track probably makes sense. Play club soccer in college cause that’s all it will be though. There’s no ECNL if the outcome is club soccer, and no scholarships to top universities. This is 5 years away maximum folks. For my ulittles this will impact you.

NWSL is a young league doing well, new tv deal, expansion of intl allotment, and acknowledgment of broken pipeline which will lead to NWSLN. Salaries ehhh… not worried they can only go up and women athletes with sponsorship is about to blossom in a way we’ve never seen. It’s all about timing folks, life is good.  None of us are right on all this but some of you are just dead wrong with the negativity surrounding NWSL status as a league and the reality that youth academies/GA is the future. The future is now
