You have it all wrong.

He did date Diane for 10 years with no marriage. HOWEVER, he only started seeing Jodie AFTER his relationship with Diane ended. If anything there’s speculation that Diane cheated on Joshua.

Jodie Turner-Smith is not a homewrecker in anyone’s version of events. She met Joshua at a party after his split was publicly confirmed. People are just angry that he married Jodie less than a year after meeting her because he dated Diane for so long with no ring. Jodie and Joshua had one daughter after they married. They are currently divorced.

Diane Kruger had a child before JJ did. There was definitely overlap between JJ and her current relationship in which she got pregnant and had her child.
