There was a ton of stuff that would require third party oversight.

The lawyer was charging her several thousand to write this. I don’t know if he was setting himself up to be a trustee or what nonsense. We and DH’s sibling said no. You can put whatever you want in a will but we don’t have to accept and would walk away from the money before becoming innkeepers at some undetermined point in our life. [/quote]
