D1, ok you are correct.  But there are D3  top 30 schools that will recruit non international, not blue chip level players. [/quote]

So Williams, University of Chicago, Bowdoin, Amherst are third rate colleges? If OPs daughter wants to play tennis, while IVY may be out, there is still opportunity to play at other top schools and maybe that would be ok for her too. [/quote]
