[/quote] Because people have one of two reactions when we tell them they're positive: they're either completely unsurprised, or they're gobsmacked. The latter are most likely to be the "I've done my own research" types who want to argue with you about the necessity of the test but can't maintain eye contact with you long enough to learn what a T-cell is before you notice they're scrolling on their phone.
