Nice classist rant. Panhandling is not a crime. Neither is selling flowers. If you have evidence of a crime then you should contact the police and offer your advice. Coming onto a forum that caters to those with wealth and success just to drum up support against people who are working hard to support themselves is mean spirited and myopic. It's gross. [/quote]

Selling flowers is a crime. You are running an unlicensed business. You are collecting cash income and not reporting the income to the IRS.  You are violating labor safety laws by conducting business at busy street intersections where it is illegal to do so.

All I hear from you are excuses upon more excuses for why certain people should be exempt from following our laws. [/quote]
