That article is nearly 2 years old. 
Meanwhile, we saw the largest number of encounters in history from Mexico at our southern border in December.
And, AMLO is making demands on the US in order to secure THEIR border.  One might call it bribery.  Or worse.

Three and Four should happen anyway. Those sanctions are strangling the citizens of those countries and making them desperate. Desperate people do desperate things to survive, such as trekking through dangerous waters and jungles to get the USA, by any means necessary.  [/quote]
