If so, it is a very bad look to not have her supervisor on the call, which seems to support her claim that she received no negative feedback from her supervisor prior to being let go.

WARN act was almost certainly not triggered because they didn’t lay off that many people but if it was it wouldn’t matter the reasons the company gave.

They almost certainly did let go enough employees that WARN Act would have been triggered. They let go 40 on the sales team alone. I'm not saying that's a lot, but it's getting awfully close to 50.[/quote]

They would all have to be at the same site and be at least 1/3 of the jobs at that site to trigger WARN.
