Different poster, I think she didn't have anything to lose with that employer because she was getting fired no matter what. But posting this online would likely harm her chances with other employers, if she would do this with Cloudfare of course she would do exactly the same with any other company.[/quote]

You might not like an employee that stands up for yourself, but there are people that do. And she got a lot of exposure.
