This place is just opening next summer, so all new facilities and the residents don’t have established cliques. https://lifeatthecarnegie.com/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAnL-sBhBnEiwAJRGiglHPs4WFGrtU71UZo9GRxSYh7pNL14yJ1yOO33S-3UNPNXtgpEWsoBoCZ_sQAvD_BwE
Adjacent to Rio Lakefront!
Move in fee is $40k for 2br (non-refundable). High for a rental community.
We just did a "tour" at their sales center. It's $10,000 move in fee for a 1BR and the amenities were very impressive. I think you need to compare this to buy-in communities where you're putting $500,000+ down like Ingleside or the new Grandview. You have to pay for the amenities somehow -- whether up front or as part of a monthly fee. My parents preferred this monthly option where your money is not locked in, but YMMV. These 50+ communities are something different.
