The score doesn't matter as the rules state you won't be given loans such as for homes , car and schools if you have had a bankruptcy in the last 10 years and if you stiff a creditor they can put that on your permanent record and ban you from future business indefinitely.[/quote]

As a person who has filed for bankruptcy, I can confirm that you have no clue what you are talking about. I had a home built four years after my bankruptcy was discharged with a conventional loan at a 3.5% interest rate. I could have gotten one in two years with an FHA.[/quote]
