[/quote] I'm not sure this would be helpful. You don't know what their reaction will be, it may not be supportive. It could be blaming, denying and minimizing as some posters have been. I'd reach out to a hotline this weekend and find a therapist from a dv or sexual violence org for the longer term. Take care, OP. The trauma you are feeling is real and warranted.
