[/quote] Just throwing this out there (for anyone really and I know you probably have tried many things) : start reading labels for gums/emulsifiers (xanthan gum, guar etc and lecithin.) & ‘healthy’ preservatives (rosemary extract), flavoring. It’s only going to be relevant for a small percentage of people But all the additives in food lately can cause gastric distress. Look up FODMAP and wish you relief soon :) [/quote]
