I'm laughing at Knights being the deal breaker as to north Arlington. I will admit to having over used their bar (pitchers of beer on a hot day...what is better than that), but even so there's limited shenanigans happening there. I feel like I've missed out on something juicy.

But, really OP, go walk around the neighborhoods, visit some playgrounds...you can always reach out to individual PTAs and ask to chat up a family, once you narrow your search. [/quote]
