I honestly thought the first time was a fluke but it happens often enough that it makes me wonder how their parents can even function. One student had a feeding tube and the parent just put the food in his backpack. The school had no record of him needing to be tube fed. An admin had to go to the child's home when nobody answered any of the phone numbers in our system. [/quote] If what you posted is true, you're in a poorly run school system with special education administrators, a transportation dept, special education teachers, and a school administrative team who aren't communicating as needed.
