Just because someone is overweight does not mean they can walk up a flight of stairs and are totally unhealthy. And finally the point is that weight is ONE factor of many in someone's health. It is very possible for someone at a normal weight to be less healthy then someone who is overweight. What you eat is a factor, whether you exercise is a factor, whether you smoke or not is a factor... Etc[/quote]
