I’ve had an IUD for seven years and my child has had one for three.  Planned Parenthood inserts them, too.  Shrug.
Abortion should be safe, legal, and rare.

Hell, European counties like France have stricter gestational limits than the Commonwealth.

As I’ve said before, the current timeframe - 26w6d - is reasonable. Certainly no less.

At 15w (or even potentially 20w), women still haven’t had their anatomy scan.

Honestly, it shouldn’t be something for ignorant legislators/lay people to decide at all. I’m comfortable with doctors proving healthcare they deem necessary.

What you just wrote IS third trimester.  WTF are you on about with claiming women still haven’t had their anatomy scan at 20 weeks?  I don’t think you’ve had children.
