Saw the video of her date groping her breast in the theater. Obviously a very low-class, vulgar, trashy, inappropriate move…especially in a theater. But as a woman of a certain age, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t sigh and remember the days when I was younger and men couldn’t keep their hands off me…even in public. Sure, she’s an aggressively stupid person who has no business being anyone’s elected official. But she’s still having fun.
It wasn't fun to the family sitting behind her. Not sure I want my daughter watching a handjob in progress.
While I don’t disagree, I feel like societal mores and values have (sadly) shifted after decades of bare booties, twerking, hyper-sexual and vulgar music/dancing/clothing/speech, etc. I mean, adults wear pj’s and sleepers on planes. Homecoming dresses make everyone look trampy. The fact that Boebert felt comfortable wearing that dress to the theater…at her age…underscores how times have changed. In short: we no longer have class or any sense of decorum. Heck, there are tons of threads making fun of women for wearing pantyhose…as if naked legs look appropriate on K St. or the Hill under a Brooks Brothers skirt suit or Ann Taylor shift.
+1 Lower class behavior has become normalized by too many people.
