+1 on the parks. But where do you think that money comes from. :) I would rather have less parks and live in an area where you don't need to have over $200k per household to be able to manage things. [/quote]

I think we fall in that category, though I guess it depends on your metric. We live in a large condo with a small yard, save money, contribute to retirement/529 and take a couple vacations a year. I’m happy with our life[/quote]
