Someone who has not met me might imagine I am older/younger, diff gender, diff race etc. So what? I don't really care and maybe it will be clearer if we meet on video or in person. You can avoid pronouns in emails pretty easily if you are not sure, and I am also not that sensitive about some person I've never met referring to me by the wrong pronoun. All of this is why this makes sense as an option not a req.[/quote]
