Good for her. It is hard to prevent turnover of Nannies. Good pay will help prevent turnover. I'm paying $31 per hour for adult caregivers for Mom. On top of that we give a $1000 Christmas bonus.[/quote] It's more than an ICU nurse with a bachelor's degree makes at Georgetown or Hopkins or similar. Who knew that taking care of a kid was more difficult than two critically ill patients!! [/quote]
