All over the United States.  Anywhere a significant number of both Blacks and whites were, majority of whites were not happy about integration.

Levittowns popped up to avoid the integration and public schools fought to avoid it as well.  A county in Virginia closed public schools for almost 10 years because they wouldn’t integrate.  It’s not fair to drag a school because they established at a time that private schools was profitable because racist whites didn’t want to intergrate.  I’d rather you condemn the schools that are currently racist.[/quote]

Well even on the Wikipedia page it specifically says they were built for white veterans.  The developers would not sell to Blacks and when the Myers family purchased a home second hand they were victims of violent crimes and other acts of hate by white supremacists.  
Not only is it why there built, when Blacks tried to move in all h**l broke loose.[/quote]
