It's a hell of a gamble. Are you in DC? I have heard about this in some other jurisdictions, but DC's system of private placements makes this a huge gamble. [/quote][/quote] Yes this was DC. Lawyers advised us they thought we would win. (Not a guarantee, obviously, and I am not going to go into possibly identifying factors here, but DCPS made mistakes)[/quote]
