She said no one in the overweight category should be on one unless they've been on a strict diet & exercise regimen that was monitored. I mentioned I was interested in taking something to lose 20 lbs that i've been unable to shed since lockdown & turning 40. She said, in her eyes, I did not qualify because those people like me who want to use something to lose a fast 15-20 are just going to gain that plus more back when they go off the meds. I do very clean eating now and have since late 2021. Those pesky pounds refuse to drop off. She said I need to up my cardio & vary my workouts more. We shall see. [/quote]
