I used to straight up say where I went to school but as previous posters have noted, it changes the conversational dynamic EVERY SINGLE TIME and for the worse - it just becomes very awkward and people start making the usual assumptions about you "You must be rich/privileged/entitled/legacy/URM/spoiled/arrogant/etc." [/quote]
