I am 61 and look way younger. It is not just looks it is lifestyle. I look around 15 years younger. My resume has my first job now at 1998. I dress cool, my youngest in 16, still so family vacations with kids host got back from spring break with kids. I also have zero medical issues. Perfect teeth ($15k to 20k) over last 15 years to keep up. Don’t wear glasses, had lasik. Am not fat, I am balding but zero gray hair. I also only sleep On average 6 hours a night. I can go from 6 am to midnight 5 days a week. I have nieces and nephews in worst shape. But expensive and need a lot of luck
You're balding and yet think you look 15 years younger? Okay...
Because many 46 year old guys also balding. I have no gray hair. I think if not balding I be divorced. In retrospect I should have done maint between 35-60 at even slightest loss of hair. Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise did that
