Maybe it's just the lifestyle? Like for me, I'm more likely to spend a Saturday morning hiking than at brunch; shopping is a necessary evil and not something to dress up for; summer backyard parties usually involve a campfire, beer, and lawn chairs. Keens would be fine at any of these.
