Not to side track but - I am currently working on getting more high calories and fat in my son's diet and the most healthy way to do it is ice-cream (fat/calories/calcium). Also, after year of trying to get him to drink milk without chocolate - I put chocolate in his whole milk at the advice of a nurtitionist. (So funny to me - that in an attempt to be a super mom (drinking 2 percent milk with no chocolate) I was actually doing what was [b]not [/b]best for him.)[/quote]
