I saw the photographed Ukraine documents.  They all appeared to have been from the same file, dated March 1, and appeared to have been hastily folded in a wad.  My guess is that the documents were sneaked out of the SCIF, Sandy Bergler style and the photos were taken outside of the SCIF.[/quote]
